1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to NetPulse. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NetPulse application and services provided by NetPulse Technologies. By accessing our platform, purchasing a subscription, or downloading our software, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Software License & Usage Rights

NetPulse grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The software is licensed, not sold. You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the application.
• Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the application.
• Use the application for any revenue generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended without a specific commercial license.

3. Payment, Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the application require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorize NetPulse Technologies to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Pricing is subject to change with a prior notice of 30 days.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NetPulse Technologies, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the NetPulse application or network modifications made through it.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
